Sober Coaching/Sober Companion is a theraputic tool to help the client make a better choice for themselves after rehab or detox. This plan includes helping to find focus in your life, plan your day and have someone to talk to when the temptation to use wants to take over your life. One of the big questions that comes to mind after a month in rehab and the client is back home is what do I do now? There are no group hugs and no one out there to process your feelings. Old friends are calling and the urge to use begins to creep in. The Sober Coach is here to reach out in your time of need.
